I am so happy to finally have a COMFORTABLE and OFFICE-APPROPRIATE pair of safety shoes (boots) that aren't heavy or bulky or ugly. I normally wear a 9 B and ordered a 9.5 (med) in the omega boots. The boots were comfortable straight out of the box. The steel toes do not dig into the top of my feet or my pinkie toes (as several other brands have). The arches are comfortable and not overdone and are more typical of the street shoes I wear than most safety shoes. Price is higher than most, but you get what you pay for. To save money, I took a chance on some discounted "misfits" from Xena's Weathered Collection; but they seem perfect to me. I couldn't be more pleased.

I am a plant manager and spend time in manufacturing and the office. It is great to have a shoe that functions so well on both sides of the wall. The only issue I have is that the guys all think I forgot to change my shoes and don't believe they are steel toes when I tell them. I ordered true to size and they fit well! will probably order 1/2 size up next time so I can wear thicker socks and have more room in the toe box.

I’m so happy to finally find an ESD plus steel-toe shoe that has femininity and looks sleek. I did have to size up—I’m normally a 7.5 and got an 8, which fit perfectly. I have slightly arched feet, so I also had to add an insole. Otherwise, the break-in time was minimal, and it’s super sturdy!

I really wanted to love these shoes, especially since finding steel toes that are also cute is very hard to come by. When I first tried them on I thought they fit perfectly and I went a half size up as suggested. Mind you, I had only tried them on at home and didn't have to worry about walking around at work yet. So by then end of my first day wearing them I was in pain from my little toe pushing up against the side. I don't think I would be able to go another half size up since I feel like it would be too big at that point since I feel like I have more than enough wiggle room as is. Currently I put some padding in the toe area and hoping that it helps. So super cute shoes, but I would possibly think about having a little more cushion or padding in the toe area, since that seems to be the only downside really.

There is a card in the packaging that says these shoes take 3-4 days to break in. Days 1 through 3 I loved the look of them but couldn't wear them all day. The 4th day they were suddenly perfect. I am standing and walking constantly in 8 hour shifts and these are as comfortable as my favourite regular shoe. I highly recommend these shoes. Thank you!

I wish they had a 10 star review, because even then, I’d rate a 12! The design and craftsmanship on these is even more beautiful in person. I am so pleased with my purchase. I go back and forth from an office to a production floor and was tired of changing in and out of steel toed shoes. Most are clunky and do not match my outfits. I can wear my Xena shoes all day long, they are comfortable and cute. I love that the sole of the shoe is quiet and does not sound like I am walking around in a heeled boot. They are easy to slip on and off and I feel professional in an industrial environment. I did scuff up the outside pretty quick just walking by a rock but that was bound to happen. :)

The return process was seamless! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, the customer service team was fantastic and haf the correct size in the mail ASAP. The shoes are cute, but not entirely slip proof, I've had a couple of slips on wet floors since wearing them. The break in period took about 3 days for me. Wish they were more slip resistant, I'd buy several more pairs.

Finding comfortable shoes my size has always been a struggle for me. There must be other women with feet my size. Usually I have to jam my feet in a narrow shoes. Can't they make them wider, too? It was so exciting opening the box, knowing I'm just going to like these, I just felt it I guess. I slipped them on and was delighted. I love them!! Not only are they comfortable, but I feel more confident in them. They seem to provide great support, and I feel more secure with each step. Thank you Xena!! I love my new boots! They are so comfortable, they do not feel like steel toed boots. My last pair of steel toes gave me blisters if I walked more than a half mile. I loathed being out in the field all day because my feet hurt by the end of the day. My new Xenia’s are so comfortable that I wear them around the house when doing simple carpentry and home repair and when going out for errands, because why not. Also, I can drive with them on without feeling like I have lead feet. For ladies wondering about size, I generally wear a 8.5/9, the 9 fits me well length wise and is a loose width wise. The 9.5 were way too big for my feet.

Hi – I ended up exchanging these for the Omega boot because the throat was too big for my feet and one boot felt smaller than the other... I do, however, love the Omegas and am wearing them right now! I wish they came in that more rustic lighter leather I had seen in other photos.. They're a little looser than I like around my ankles, but they're so light and comfy, they're worth keeping them for the safety and style.

I received my first pair of Xena shoes from my husband as a Christmas gift. I LOVE my Gravity Safety Shoe (in black) so much I am planning on purchasing it in Cognac as well. The shoes are comfortable and have received many compliments. I would suggest ordering up a 1/2 to full size. My Carolina steel toe boots are a 8.5 but I needed a 9 in the Gravity Safety shoe (my normal shoe size is a 8-8.5).

I am SO happy to find a company that marries STEM careers with looking nice and professional. I was tired of looking like a ***** lumberjack from the ankle down as I traversed different facilities. Sadly, I have very high insteps and wide feet and the steel toe hit my high insteps every time I took a step because of where the shoe bends and hits that part of my foot. Customer service was insanely helpful and I'm going to try the omega boot to see if it fits a little better. In the future I hope like many others that there can be options for gals like me with oddly-shaped feet because I'm pretty stoked about this company and its mission!
