I have always had to buy men's safety shoes (I wear a women's 12.5-13) and have always dreamt of having cute safety shoes! I work as the HR Manager at a piston manufacturing company so having something professional looking and safe is AMAZING! These boots are seriously BADASS. I ordered a 13 and couldn't be happier! I am pretty flat footed so the only thing I would say is that I could use an arch support in them, but overall I am so happy I purchased these! You won't be disappointed!

Giving 2 stars for the overall look and how quickly I received the shoes. I ordered 2 pairs, both Gravity Safety Shoe, one in black & the other in cognac. I made sure to listen to the sizing guide so I ordered 9.5 wide. There is definitely a break in period which I expected. My toes hurt and they were tight but once broken in they’ve been just fine. My biggest issue is with the shoe basically falling apart. I ordered 9/17/22, delivered 9/20/22 and by thanksgiving they were falling apart. The sole on one heel has fallen off, the sole on the toes are separating and the stitching on the heels is ripping. I went to the website to look for information on returns or what to do if this happens and found 2 options, either pay for repair service or return within 30 days. I really loved this shoe until it started falling apart!

This is my 4th pair of Xena shoes and I highly recommend to all other women at my work place. It is difficult to find a women's 12 that fits right and looks nice. Xena accomplishes both.

The other women’s steel toe work boots I have seen online are bulky and quite ugly in my opinion, which is why I have always bought men’s. I'm a Quality Engineering Liaison for a containment company in a large automotive OEM, working in a most male environment. I'm either on the shop floor, in a dusty warehouse, or in meetings with VIPs. Between the three, I've been searching for a pair of steel toed shoes that are comfortable AND fashionable. I stumbled upon Xena and fell in love! I LOVE my shoes and get so many compliments on them! Now I don't need to worry about my dusty steel toed sneakers when walking into a meeting, as these provide function and fashion. I've even converted some of my fellow managers ;)

Another brilliant shoe by Xena! I own 3 pairs of Xena footwear and each is as comfortable and versatile as the last. This particular pair is awesome because I can go from the shop floor to an event without having to change my shoes. I even wear these out and about on weekends sometimes! When you're wearing Xenas (especially the Gravity shoe) you'll get asked "are those steel toe?" And you get to proudly say YES! I especially love telling people that they are women owned and founded in my own beloved Wisconsin. I recommend these so often, people probably think I am part of a pyramid scheme, but I'm not. I'm just THAT big of a fan.

Great for everyday use while still being functional if I ever need to be on site. They go well with blazers and hi-vis shirts alike, so there’s nowhere they can’t take me. Definitely glad I listened to the sizing recommendation to go up half a size as they required virtually no break-in period in following that guidance.

Finally, steeltoe shoes for woman that are professional to wear with dress pants or jeans! Just a heads up for those women with high arches. These shoes do not provide arche support and the top of your foot can get sore from the steel toe plate rubbing. I am taking some time to break them in then plan to put some form of cushion where the steel plate transitions. Please note, I have very high arches so this will apply to very few. After experiencing this first pair to ensure I can solve for my issues, I plan to buy a brown pair.

Size 9) The size guide is correct. Going up half a size was perfect. They fit well, a side from the zipper not staying up all the way. They are definitely slip resistant and the steel toe sits just right. My problem comes with the sole of the shoe. If you have trouble lifting your feet be wary. After only three days of wearing in the office the lip of the sole pulled away.

Absolutely love these boots! I have always hated the look of traditional, clunky steel toed boots. I recently made a career switch from working in a petroleum refinery to being an environmental attorney (which includes lots of site visits to clients manufacturing plants, etc). So I was looking to swap out my old worn out boots for a more professional looking boot that I could wear on site visits but also make a seamless transition back to my law office and still look polished and put together. Not only are these super cute, but they’re comfortable as well!

Finally a cute and comfortable safety shoe that goes well with jeans as well as business attire. I’ve gotten so many compliments and people can’t believe they are safety shoes. I used to have to change shoes or wear shoes that didn’t quite go well with my outfit and now I finally can have the best of both worlds! I will definitely be ordering another pair from Xena! My only caution is be sure your workplace allows heeled shoes. Some of our plants do not allow any heeled shoes (safety or not).

In 20 plus years of wearing non-slip shoes, these were by far the worst as far as comfort goes. They are so cute and I wanted to love them, but for 150 dollars to be in so much pain after a 14 hour day. Now I have an expensive closet ornament.

These are beautiful boots. However, I would not recommend them if you work in the service industry. As a manager, I was looking for chic professional work boots that I could wear daily. The majority of my time, I am on my feet. After several hours, my feet ache in these boots. This is after owning them for several months. I would say that if you don't have to be on your feet for hours on end, these would be a great choice. However, if you are going to be on your feet for 4plus hours a day, I would look elsewhere.

I've been wearing them a few weeks now. The pros are, they are very cute and stylish. Cons are, there is no support on the ball of your foot, so they do hurt after walking awhile. Inserts help, but I expected more for $180 shoes. The other lesser negative. is the zipper doesn't seem to come down far enough, so they are a bit difficult to take on and off. I also have the Omegas, which are also good, but present different issues so I was hoping the Gravity would be a home run, but unfortunately not.
