I've always been leery about spending money online to purchase work boots as you never know how they are going to fit since most of the "stylish" ones are made for men, but I have absolutely no regrets. These boots are comfortable and look great no matter what I'm doing. I can go from delivering parts in the hangar, either walking or operating a forklift, then into a meeting and these boots fit into both scenarios perfectly. Best work boots I have ever owned. Thank you Xena for making a stylish boot!

There are not a lot of women in my building that have to go into the warehouse often, and even fewer that also have to dress fairly nicely. I don't mind wearing jeans with a nice dress shirt, but occasionally I want to wear dress pants too. Dress pants and classic work boots or steel toed sneakers look incredibly ******. My new Xena Gravity shoes are the perfect blend - steel toed and slip resistant for practical use, but they don't look like a clunky boot. I've had people even questioning me if they're really steel toed or not - I love getting to show them off! I have to reduce my review by a star because of how surprisingly tight they are in the toes. I don't have wide feet by normal standards, but my pinky toe hurt in these. I have tried the size up, I actually ordered my shoes in a size 10 at first which were too big, and at that size they didn't hurt but they were really loose and feeling like clown shoes on my feet. 9.5 is the right size for me but the toes are so narrow! I had hoped a week or two of wearing them in would help but I'm not sure I'll get to that point. I added insoles after a week to see if that helps (it didn't, though it didn't hurt either) and I had to practically cut them to a point to get them to fit. It's partially the slender profile that makes them look good and maybe my toes are just wide, but they aren't as comfortable as I had hoped for. Still beautiful though, that's for sure.

I needed shoes for a job interview in a manufacturing plant. I spent most of my Saturday looking for a pair at a bunch of stores. Thankfully a friend recommended Xena. I needed the shoes within two days and they arrived on-time as promised. They looked great with my suit and I agree, get a half size larger. I honestly felt like these shoes gave me confidence. My family is like, what...your spending what on a steeled toed shoe that you might not need if you don't get the job. Yes...because I will get this job! Thanks Xena for your help.

Love my Xenas!! They provide even greater comfort in the toe area by which my comfy toes don't even know they're protected under steel metal! They're also even more stylish than my normal (non-PPE type) boots! They're sturdy, stylish, and simply sensational!! These shows are VERY stylish. I cannot walk through our facility without getting a compliment or being asked where I purchased these! Half the ladies were amazed that these are steel toed shoes! The look is wonderful. Now onto the fit, the toe box is a bit tight for me, and this is the only reason I removed 1 star. I sized up 1/2 size per the item detail. If I wear these for extended walking timelines throughout our facility, my feet do hurt around the toes and I have had a few blisters. The sole is comfortable and has good cushioning. I would like to have better arch support, but I have a touch of arch issues so this is outside the scope of this review. The sole is slip resistant to an extent. We utilize mineral oil in our facility and I have found that this sole does NOT resist slipping if on this type of liquid. Upkeep of the shoe is pretty simple. I ordered the recommended URAD product and have used it a few times. If the shoe is scuffed at all, this shoe cream helps put color back into the leather and makes it appear as if it had never happened. OVERALL: I love these shoes, only improvement would be the width of the toe box. I will be buying another style at some point in the future!

I REALLY wanted to love these. They are so cute and allow me to look more stylish at work, however; they are not comfortable. I'm so sad because so many reviews mentioned how comfortable they were. I ordered half a size up as noted, and still by the end of the day my feet are cut up and aching (and I work in the office at a production hanger ). I'm hoping that my feet just happen to get use to the shoes because they are so cute.....and weren't cheap! Here's to hoping!!!

These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. You can feel the steel toe mold on your toe and as you walk it just rubs in. They are dressier than the typical work boots but very uncomfortable. Thinking of returning them.

Love the shoes! They’re very comfortable and look great. At first I thought they were too loose, but after breaking them in, they fit perfectly. I wear a 6.5, but ordered the half size up and the 7 is a great fit. I definitely would advise breaking them in before wearing for a full shift, and also getting leather conditioner. The backs of my heels got a little sore from wearing them before they were broken in, but after one shift they were good to go. I’ve worn them for 12-14 hour days with no issues. The non-slip doesn’t really work on water, but works well on other surfaces and grease. I’m planning on getting the all black ones when I’ve got some extra money. Love these shoes.

I LOVE my Xena's...now. First off, they are incredibly cute and I feel so much more confident wearing these. I have received tons of compliments and everyone was in awe that they are safety shoes. The downside is that the edge of the steel toe was cutting into my little toes. It was very painful and gave me really bad blisters. I had already gone up a half size and couldn't go up any larger or they'd be too big. I bought thin adhesive cushions to put inside the shoe on the steel toe seam and that has worked great. I also have high arches and I felt they were very uncomfortable and my feet would be aching/throbbing after a full day's wear. I often wear heels, so I knew it was not the heel hight. I bought a firm replacement insole with arch support and now they are wonderful! Very comfortable! So even though I love them now, and the style is worth the adjustments I had to make, I couldn't leave 5 stars. If you have high arches you will almost certainly have to buy an insole to make these work for you. Luckily, they do make the shoes with removable insoles, so it was no hassle at all and doesn't impact the room inside the shoe! Side note: The customer service was wonderful. If you're unsure about buying, I'd say take the risk and customer service will work with you to make any issues right.

I absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ my Gravity ESD Safety Shoes! I usually wear a size 6.5, but upsized to a 7, and they fit perfectly. So comfortable & stylish. Although I receive a shoe allowance to purchase steel toes yearly, I haven’t purchased any within the last 3 years because everything looked ugly. Now I can’t wait until next year to purchase my next pair! So nice to know that there is finally a company that makes sleek, stylish steel toes for a lady doing “a man’s job”.

These are okay, which I guess is just not what I was expecting for this price. The shoe seems fairly durable, which is great; that’s the point. But that seems to have been the only point. In terms of wearability, I think they could have been designed better. The material is very very stiff, and even a long break in period might not make them comfortable! If I’m on my feet all day, and moving, I need some comfort. The length of the shoe size is right on, but they seem especially wide and clunky for that size. They move around quite a bit while walking, and with a stiff material this instantly translated to blisters and hot spots. Most disappointing was the back of the shoe, which appears to have a pad to avoid the dreaded Achilles stab of any low shoe. It’s just a decorative stitch, with no apparent extra flex or padding. A stitch that’s coming out on one of the shoes, and that’s right out of the box. The sole of the shoe is just a little wider than I’d like, which is a fairly mild issue, but anything that impedes my ability to move quick and easy isn’t great. I absolutely need that on my job. Finally, if you’re going to make a waterproof shoe, make it waterproof all over. I expected a gusseted zipper or a waterproof zipper...nope. But if I dip just my toes in a puddle, I’ll be fine. Overall, I wish the shoe had a tighter fit, but going down a size or wearing thick socks will make my toes crunch, because the length really is spot on. Hopefully these will break in better than I’m anticipating, hopefully I won’t lose any more stitches, but even then they really do not live up to my expectations, or the price.

I'm normally a 9.5 in size and went for a size 10, which fits well. The bootie itself is a little wide so it's not as flattering as a skinny bootie. I fitted the booties with an insole and for the most part, they are comfortable for all day wear. The booties look best with skinny jeans. Overall, I'm delighted by them and love supporting a company like Xena!!

I have been dreaming of getting these shows for months and I was finally due for work to buy me a new pair of steel toes. So I took the plunge and I am so happy that I did. I work in a office/pilot plant hybrid building, and I more often than not wear black booties in the office since they go with literally every outfit. But if going out to the pilot plant I either have to a) go out of my way to change my shoes to ugly steel toes, or b) not change shoes and be unsafe. I am so glad that these shoes exist, I can now seamlessly go from office to pilot plant without sacraficing safety, time, or style. I am so exstatic to wear these shoes every day!

As a metalcaster who in a past life worked in the fashion industry, I spent years looking for any safety shoe that was somewhat aesthetic and didn't make me feel like a clydesdale, comfort be ****** if necessary. I was doubtful when buying them, but pleasantly shocked when I got them: they are gorgeous and comfortable; I can wear them from the office to the foundry floor and then onwards to social engagements without having to change. They have stood up for months of scuffs and scrapes and running around the floor and getting into places I shouldn't while still looking in fantastic condition.

I work in a health professional/sales role for a medical oxygen company. Presenting myself as a professional is a key aspect of my job and wearing safety shoes is required. Finding a ladies safety shoe that looks great is next to impossible but the Xena Gravity shoe hits the mark in every way! They look amazing, cute, stylish and they are comfortable as heck! The leather was a bit stiff at first but after wearing them at home in the evening for a few days, the leather softened up and has formed to my feet. It did take some getting used to with the steel toe and they are quite a bit heavier on your feet than an average shoe but those are all things you find with every steel toed safety shoe. I have also since walked on wet, snowy floors in the warehouse and didn’t slip once! Great shoe overall. They look amazing, they function perfectly. Great job Xena!

First....WOW!! Second...this is the first time I have ever owned a pair of "work" boots; my new career requires steel toe safety boots for when I'm at customer sites. My first thought was UGH those types of boots will NOT go with anything I wear, then as I was searching for the appropriate steel toes (and all other guidelines) I came across Xena website. I immediately loved the look of the "Gravity Safety Shoe", I read the reviews and made my purchase; I ordered them on Monday and they came in on Wednesday. I am extremely impressed from the expediting, the packaging and then I put on the boots...OMG!!! They are beautiful, fashionable, comfortable (right out of the box) and most importantly SAFE, they meet every requirement of my company!! I will definitely ONLY wear Zena "work" boots and I will MOST definitely recommend these to any and ALL women!!
