All-day comfort, no toe cap.
Soft toe work shoes and boots deliver the durability, support, and traction of quality work footwear without a protective toe cap. Sometimes you just want a quality, good looking pair of boots that still perform. Work shoes disguised as lifestyle shoes? – we’ve got you. Every pair is built on a women’s last, keeping the slip resistance and premium leather of our safety line.
All-day comfort, no toe cap.
Lighter, flexible work-meets-lifestyle shoes on a women’s last — slip resistance and premium leather, minus the cap.
When a soft toe is the right call
Plenty of roles don’t mandate a protective toe — and a soft toe means a lighter, more flexible shoe. You still get the slip-resistant outsoles and (on most styles) electrical-hazard protection of our safety line, just without the toe cap.
Built for a woman’s foot
We start on a women’s last — narrower heel, higher arch — so the shoe holds your foot through a full shift instead of slipping like a shrunk-down men’s mold.
Comfort and the features you keep
Cushioned, antimicrobial footbeds and slip-resistant outsoles come standard, with electrical-hazard protection on many of our soft-toe styles. You’ll find premium, full-grain leather in a timeless feminine design.
FAQ
Are soft toe shoes considered safety shoes?
Not exactly - they're work shoes and leisure shoes rather than safety toe rated. Soft Toes keep slip-resistant and electrical-hazard features but have no ASTM-rated protective toe cap. Choose them when you want a premium shoe that you can work and play in!
Do soft toe shoes still have slip resistance and EH?
Yes - most Xena soft-toe styles keep slip-resistant (SR) outsoles and electrical-hazard (EH) protection. Check each product page for the exact ratings.
Which Xena styles come in soft toe?
The Omega Soft Toe and Spice Soft Toe, plus the soft-toe versions of the Astra and Rogue.
Why choose soft toe over steel?
Soft toes are lighter and more flexible with no toe pressure - ideal for long shifts where a protective toe isn't required.
