Exchange, Return, and Shipping Policy

Exchanges & Returns

We hope you absolutely LOVE your badass new work gear! With that said, we understand that sometimes size adjustments are needed or something doesn’t work out perfectly. In those cases, the handy Return policy below should get you taken care of 😊

  • Prior to wearing your Xenas to work, we strongly encourage you to first wear them inside your home until you are sure that the size and fit will work well for you (typically we recommend 2-3 days for 2+ hours each day)
  • Unfortunately, our small team cannot salvage used booties 😔; we will only be able to accept Exchanges / Returns that are unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition (no scuffs, clean soles, and including original packaging)
  • Exchange and Return shipping of new safety shoe and work apparel products is free in Contiguous United States – yay! Customers located outside of the United States will need to cover shipping costs
  • You can initiate your exchange or return through our convenient Online Portal
  • Our simple Return & Exchange policy allows you to submit your request up to 30-days after delivery; if you find yourself outside of that window, please contact us to see if we can help
  • Your Xenas should be sent back in their original packaging (including shoe bags and shoe box) and we kindly ask 🙏 to please NOT use the shoe box as a shipping box to avoid a $5 package replacement fee
  • To initiate a Weathered Collection Exchange or Return, please contact us with your request and order number so that we may provide additional instructions
  • All Gift Card, Shirt, Beanie purchases are final and non-returnable 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • To initiate an Exchange or Return, please navigate to our Online Portal to get started  
  • For a successful Exchange or Return, your Xenas need to be in resalable condition and include their shoe bags and shoe box
  • You'll need to have your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code to start the process (you’ll find your order number in your Order Confirmation or Shipping emails)

  • In the rare case that your inspected shoes show signs of wear then we will contact you regarding next steps such as the return of your pre-worn shoes or a reduced refund

Shipping

  • These are our available shipping options at a glance:
    • Free (3-8 business days)
    • Express (2-4 business days)
    • 2-Day (2 business days)
    • Overnight (1 business day)
    • International (shipping time varies)
  • Free Shipping applies to all orders over $40 in the Contiguous United States 😀
  • Expedited and International shipping options are available for an additional cost (your exact fee will be shown during the check-out process before you finalize payment)
  • We ship all orders from the great state of Wisconsin on Monday-Friday between 7am-2pm CST (orders do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or on United States holidays)
  • Placing an order after 2pm CST may push your shipment to the next business day; on Fridays, that means shipment may be pushed to Monday, even for express shipment options
  • For International shipments, the purchase will be imported on your behalf and you will be responsible for any taxes & duties imposed by the country where you are having the purchase shipped 
  • Pre-Order delivery timing will vary. If you select a product that's on pre-order, then you will see a message that will provide more detailed delivery timing. If you have any questions at all about delivery timing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at the contact information below
