Exchanges & Returns

  • Please make sure to first wear your Xenas inside your home until you are sure that the size and fit will work well. We recommend a 3-5 day break in period of 2+ hrs each day to make sure that the size is right for you prior to wearing your gorgeous new Xenas outdoors 
  • Unfortunately, our small team cannot salvage used booties with scuffs or signs of wear 😔 and we will not be able to accept an exchange or a refund of used shoes
  • Exchange and Return shipping is free in the United States. Customers located outside of the United States will need to cover shipping costs
  • You can initiate your exchange or return through our simple website portal
  • We will send you a replacement pair or issue a refund as long as your Xenas are in new condition or have an issue that's covered under our 6-month Warranty
  • Your Xenas should be sent back in their original packaging if possible - please DO NOT use the shoe box as a shipping box
  • If the shoe box is missing or heavily damaged then we reserve the right to deduct a small fee to replace the box. 
  • All Gift Card purchases are final and non-returnable
  • Our Exchange and Returns Portal has a 90 day return window but if your Xenas are still new and you are outside of that window, please email us at support@xenaworkwear.com and we'll be glad to help you out 🙂 


    Step-by-Step Instructions

    • To initiate a Return or Exchange please navigate to our Exchange and Return Portal to get started  
    • You'll need to have your order number and shipping zip code at hand
    • If you run into any challenges or have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us at  support@xenaworkwear.com so that we can help
    • We will mail out your exchange pair within 48-hours after receiving your exchanged shoes
    • Refunds will be issued after we conduct a quick inspection of your return and depending on your Credit Card company, it may take 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account
    • If your inspected shoes show signs of wear then we will contact you in order to arrange for the return shipment of your pre-worn shoes

      • International (shipping time varies)
    • Free Shipping is available on all orders in the United States 😀!
    • Expedited and International shipping options are also available for an additional cost. Your exact shipping fee will be shown during the check-out process before you finalize payment
    • We ship all orders Monday-Friday between 7am-2pm CST. Placing an order after 2pm CST may push your shipment to the next business day
    • Placing an order after 2pm CST can delay your 2-Day or Overnight shipment by one business days
    • Placing an order after 2pm on Friday can delay the shipment of the order until Monday
    • For International shipments: the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Xena Workwear to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Xena Workwear may delegate the obligation to import the goods on her behalf to a subcontractor. The buyer will be responsible for any taxes & duties imposed by her country
    • Pre-Order delivery timing will vary. If you select a product that's on pre-order, then you will see a message that will provide more detailed delivery timing. You will also receive email communication with delivery timing updates
