I originally ordered a half size up as recommended and as soon as I put them on, they were way too big. The return/exchange part was very easy and I got my new pair within a week. I love the syrup of this shoe, it is so hard to find a good looking shoe with a slip-resistant bottoms. I will probably end up buying the camel pair too. I have had them about a week and I am still breaking them it, but they are getting better everyday.

Gravity is my second pair of safety boots, not that I needed to replace my Omegas. I wanted another option that transitioned better (for me) to skirts or dresses. Gravity are quite comfortable and look great. The toe box is a bit narrow for me so I stick to thin socks/tights.

They are extremely comfortable shoes, specially for the amount of walking done in a manufacturing facility! Even with a heel my feet don't get tired. I had a small issue with one of my shoes and all I had to do was call, Xena's customer service was amazing; very responsive, and I had my shoes back in no time.

I am very impressed and very happy with these boots! I was very nervous about my size choice because I have a narrow heel and a bunion on my right foot. I am nearly 65 years old and so my feet have been abused. I ended up reading reviews and looking at the size chart and decided to go with my normal size 10 but in the wide. I measured around my foot with the bunion and realized the size larger than I normally wear the 11 doesn't come in wide and the measurements of the circumference of my foot would be better suited for the 10W. That is what I went with and was nervous. They fit wonderfully! They feel more comfortable than my other boots and my heel is not slipping which I was thinking would be the case and I was planning on using heel grippers and do not have to do that. I also thought my ankle bone might be rubbing some on the top where the boot zips but that is now completely comfortable. My husband has been in bad health, so I am doing jobs I did not do before. We have a retail fireplace store and I have to use a hand roll lift and be around a forklift to move things around in our warehouse and sometimes load products but mostly I am on the sales floor so I just love that I can look nice but still be safe. Thank you, Xena, for good looking comfortable safety boots!

I needed steel toed boots for a industrial site visit, and learned of Xena from a colleague. I was amazed that they were available in my size (12), and they arrived just in time for my trip. I read the suggestion that they be slowly "worn in" but didn't have that luxury so the first wearing was a full long (10 hours) day! They fit perfectly, and were incredibly comfortable (even without the wearing in) and look stylish and professional. I'm getting ready to buy another pair, just to have a different color...yes, I love them that much!

I love the look of these but I struggle with the fit. Because the shoes run small I need a size up but the 10.5 isn’t made in a wide! I ended up with a standard width 11 and my feet slide forward terribly, making these impossible to wear. I’m in love with the brand, but please expand the wide size range.

I had to return my pair due to the mouth of the boot was too small for me to slide my foot in. The shoe was a little orange for my taste, but it was a nice simple design. I'm giving this a 5 star review after not getting the best fit because the return was fast and easy. There was no fuss. Ladies if you are looking at getting a pair and are worried about not liking them when they arrive... I'm here to tell you to buy them and try them out. The return was only $6 and the original payment went back on my card with no questions asked. I'm happy that I at least tried them and will keep an eye out for new designs in the future.

I love these shoes! So many people in my plant keep asking where I got them - PLEASE BRING BACK ESD RATED SHOES! Due to our plant's chemicals, we can only have ESD rated shoes. I normally wear an 8 normal width but sized up to 8.5 wide - I slide around a little if wearing thin socks, but definitely helps with comfort. The heel is the perfect height to give me a little pep in my step, but to not get uncomfortable throughout the day. The only thing is I'd suggest thick socks as your toes hitting the front steel toe could be uncomfortable!

Hi! I do love my shoes. I have very large feet. Size 13 at minimum. The zipper on one shoe is beginning to detach from the shoe at the top. Other than that, they are one of my favorite pairs I have.

I ordered a wide but my foot/toe keeps getting shoved into the steak toe. I ordered 8 1/2 which I este 8, but due to lovely heal on boot, I believe that is what is hindering my foot/toe. Not real leather so they get a bit hot and don’t stretch much to put on. Very safe feeling once you do get on but heavy! Need a shoe horn to put on and boot Jack to remove. Sturdy.

I support plant IT for an auto manufacturer. I work in an office, but need safety shoes when I’m out on the floor. These are comfy for long walks on concrete and they look good too. I like my hiking boot style shoes too, but I feel more dressed up in these. They definitely fit small. I’m normally an 8.5, and a 9W are still snug with socks. I have high arches so they’re a little challenging to get on even in the wide size, but still supportive. If I need another pair, I’ll get 9.5W
