The boot is beautiful. I just wish there was cushion in the sole. Working 10 hours a day on concrete, my feet were sore. I also wish there was another layer of leather where the steal toe ended. I don’t like feeling the transition.

Bought these for my mother as a birthday gift. She previously expressed an interest in spending 300-400 dollars on a pair of boots/booties that would last her years. I thought, why not buy her ones that are cute and safe for work? Told my father I bought her work boots, explained all the technical stuff as I was opening it. The look of disgust on his face as I went on about them being OSHA compliant, electrostatic dissipative, etc. made the awe when he finally saw them that much sweeter. Anyway, the recipient LOVES the look, feel, and comfort of these shoes. They came with a slight scuff, on the inner arch of one boot, and I offered to send them back, but no. She was so excited, and has only worn them in the house so far, but cannot wait to take them out, be it to work, the store, or an event.

Beautiful shoes. Sizing is even as expected. 4 stars though for same reason so many other people have not 5 starred. I’ve had these on every work day for over a week, 9-13 hours/day. I’m not on my feet all the time, but thank god I’m not! First 3 days were a hard break in period, and now they’re better, but my ability to not be sore at the end of the day seems entirely dependent on the socks I wear. The Achilles Rub is real, so ankle socks are out! The steel portion in the toe is unyielding, to the point that a soft sock seam is enough to cause pain after just a few hours in my feet. With the right socks they’re never quite “comfortable/easy to wear”, and never “clouds on the feet”, but they’re at least not painful and I can be ok to walk/move in them. @Xena Maybe spend some R&D budget to develop socks that go with these that will help protect feet? Or at least make a recommendation to sock choice? -Alex

My sister and I own and operate 8 authorized Kenworth Truck Dealership locations throughout NH, ME and VT. This means that undoubtedly we are on the shop floor quite often. I purchased these back in 2020, and I was so excited that someone made their way into this market! One thing I deal with constantly is the boot allowance for our technicians - I appreciate all of my techs more than anyone will know, but I'm glad that as a woman in a man's industry, I don't have to wear them! For the most part, I wear a medium width shoe - however the first time I wore these, I was surprised at how narrow the toe box felt to me. Is this true with all of Xena's footwear? Or just this style in particular? I really do love the styling and while I don't wear them as much as I'd like to, I'd like to give another pair a shot if the toe box is a tad (and I mean just a tad) roomier. Any advice?

These are the best safety toe footwear that I’ve ever had on my feet! I was initially a little concerned with a higher price point than previous purchases - but these Gravity booties are so cute and comfortable for all day wear. Steps range from 1 to 6 miles per day and these are still comfy at the end of the day. I highly recommend these. I’ve even had other female co-workers in disbelief that these are ASTM (I pulled out the card). 100% worth every penny!

I wanted to love these boots so bad. They are so cute but are extremely painful. I have blisters on the outside of both big toes and both pinky toes. I ordered up a size and in the wide but it is so painful. You can feel the edge of the steel toe and it is so uncomfortable. My poor toes keep rubbing up against the steel toe portion. Possibly my foot is not made for these shoes. What’s crazy is I don’t even walk that much. I work in a manufacturing but as an analyst so I only walk the floor once in a while but on day one … pain!

I sized up a half size, should have done a while size. My toes hurt from the steel toe, at first. But after about 3 days they got used to the steel plate. I visited a few vendors and most were like we need to get you safety shoes and were shocked when I said these were safety shoes. I used these as my only work shoe on the trip so that really helped with packing lighter.

My one complaint with these shoes is a lack of arch support, but my arches are also pretty high, so that could just be me! My first pair ended up being a bit too big, but the exchange was seamless. I currently don't need steel-toed shoes at work more than once a month, but I wear these every day just because of how good they look.

I'm so upset that I foolishly purchased these boots thinking "Oil & Chemical Resistant Outsole" and "Slip Resisting Outsole (Dry & Wet Surfaces)" meant I could wear them in my industry. I run a restaurant where slipping is a major hazard in the kitchen. These boots provided no traction for me on our wet, oily floors. The boots proved to be more of a danger as I tried to wear them through the kitchen. I should have returned them. But since I got them dirty, I felt like returning them wasn't an option. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO WORK ON WET OR OILY SURFACES. INJURIES AND SLIPS ARE WHAT THESE SHOES WILL CAUSE ON WET SURFACES.

Cute, comfortable, and versatile. The little heel makes them looks so much better with dress pants compared to other safety shoes. I’m on my feet for an average of 8 hours a day and surprisingly, I have less foot pain than I did with safety sneakers. The first pair were the wrong size so unless you have a narrow foot, I recommend ordering wide and half a size up. I don’t wear wides normally so the first pair were excruciating, but I broke down and bought the same pair in wide and loved them so much, I purchased my third pair in a different color.

These Gravity safety shoes are awesome! Safety shoes that are actually cute and have a bit of heal. They did take the 3-5 days to break in but after that they are perfection. I have them in black and brown. Love love love them!! Customer service was awesome too. I tried a different style and they were not my favorite. Was super easy to return that pair and get another pair of the Gravity safety shoes.

In my role I need to walk from zone where we do industrial work requiring personal protective equipment straight to meetings with customers and scientific collaborators where we suddenly need to represent the business in a professional manner. This shoe is a savior! It looks beautiful and I would not be able to count how many times I was told to go back get my hard-toe shoes while I was in the plant. I had to knock on the shoe to show them that it is! Plus it is much lighter than the other shoe I had. Going up the stairs was a real stress on my knees with my previous steel-toe shoes, while I do not feel it at all anymore. This shoe has it all! I strongly recommend it.

I have the gravity midnight black boots size 9.5. I normally wear a size 9, but because of the reviews I went up the half. I love the look of these shoes. It took me a few times of exchanges for different sizes to get the right fit. I really wanted to give these 5stars, and for them to be my new favorite work show, but although they fit and are cute, they dont have a ton of support when wearing all day. I think I'll mainly be wearing these shoes on days when I need something dressier, but wear my regular Timberland boots for normal all day wear.

Love these! 100% recommend. I asked for a pair for my birthday as I’m a civil eng student. These are so cute and still practical. I got a size 8 and they fit like a glove. Measure your foot and use the size chart, it’s accurate! I didn’t go up a half size like the description suggested and I think they fit great. They fit on my feet snug but I prefer this for work boots.

These are the best safety shoes out there for women, hands down. Don't hesitate to buy them. I am typically a size 7.5 in dress shoes, booties, very occasionally do I need to size up to 8. I sized up to 8.5 for these so my toes wouldn't be super snug. I was worried that big toe bashing on the safety toe would cause some bruising. The mid section is too big. I think I will add arch supports to take up space and hopefully that will help. Also, the zipper isn't very smooth, but I can basically slide these on because of the large midsection

Looks great but hurts top of my toe, left side worse than right. I am usually a 8 or 8.5 if narrow, so I bought 8.5. I guess it’s impossible to make steel toes that fits all. It cuts in right at edge of steel toe. I did wear around house for 2 weeks before I wore to work on shop floor. I don’t know if a different size would have fit better or not. I wish they had a store where you could try sizes on. Before I bought I emailed questions about sizes but got no response. I still like the shoes, but always take an extra pair with in case they start hurting too much, and I wear extra thick socks to keep the edge of steel toe from digging in. Maybe they need to add extra padding on inside right wear the steel toe line meets the non steel, for a transition.

Boot fit and feel is excellent! Not too heavy and they feel good with both a normal sock, and thicker winter/boot sock. I did size up as they recommended. Green color is more taupe (like a green-based brown) than they appeared on the website/my phone’s screen, but they go with so much in my wardrobe, I am very happy! The heel height is the perfect lift, without causing fatigue. I’m already considering a second pair in another color to add to my collection 😄

Shoes are gorgeous and the quality is fantastic. It does take some time to get them worn in. The safety toe I wish had more padding on the inside so my toes weren’t exactly hitting a hard surface nonstop. But I just wear thicker socks with them and usually have no problem! Love my Xena’s, I look forward to seeing new styles come out!
