These shoes are really cute and durable. I have had them for a couple of months now. The only problem with them is they're not very comfortable. I got them a size bigger but they still pinched my toes together way too much. Maybe the wider ones are more comfortable. But it shouldn't be that way. Both styles should be comfortable.

LOVE these boots. Took about a week to break-in, so don’t get discouraged. Once they softened up they’ve been perfect. My feet don’t hurt, my back doesn’t hurt. They look great. Amazing quality. My only con is that while I’m wearing them the right zipper often migrates down throughout the day, but this is just a minor inconvenience. These boots are well worth the investment. These are my new go-to work boots. Thanks!! :)

These Omega Boots are SO STINKING COMFORTABLE! Once I got the proper size (your girl is a size 10 with a flat foot... the regular was too narrow.... I needed the wides) it was game on. I am doing this review a year later, as I wanted to give the really real about these guys! I almost cried the first time my toe smacked a stair, as it scuffed up pretty good. Despite using leathercare, they are DEFINITELY a lot more worn than they were when I first got them 14 months ago. We work 4-12's, and I'm constantly different places- running samples in our lab, going outside to check bulk tanks, on the line for production, and these babies don't skip a beat. I haven't had the first bit of trouble with traction (we're in Louisiana with HIGH humidity, rain, and that foolishness), and even 14 months later, they are still comfy! CONS: I DO have a broken zipper. (left boot) It's stuck up at the tippy top, and I can't get the dang thing to pop down. However, there's enough stretch, that I can easily still get my foot in and use my boots. I would buy these over and over again! As these are my first pair of Xena's, I have bought TWO more pair since. I LOVE these and LOVE what Xena stands for! Thank you for designing not only CUTE boots, but COMFORTABLE boots that I can wear out, too!

I never thought I would find the right footwear for my new job. A shoe that looks nice in a meeting with upper management and clients wearing dress pants and a blouse only to leave and immediately climb a ladder, operate a forklift, or some other labor intensive task? Impossible. This shoe does not exist. I was wrong. Xena is the answer. If you need nice looking work boots and are employed in a trade industry - look no further. I regularly work 12 hour days and walk 6-8 miles in a concrete arena. These boots are functional, comfortable, fashionable, and safe the entire day. I have wide feet and ordered a half size larger to accommodate a mid-thickness boot sock. These boots are more comfortable than any other shoe I’ve experienced (including cushioned sneakers). I have recommended Xena to all of my female colleagues and friends in the live entertainment industry. I will strongly stand behind a recommendation to you too. I would like to add one small caveat: on a normal day, I come home with no foot pain at all. On an excessively long and intense day (18 hours, 12 concrete miles, 20 flights of stairs), my feet do ache. I can’t fault Xena for this, I’m certain any shoe would feel uncomfortable after these long days. Additionally, I’ve been wearing them every day for a month and they are fully broken in both inside and out. While they still look great, I use a matching shoe cream to combat the scuffs. They are no longer immaculate, they show the hard work I’ve accomplished. I personally think this commands respect from the old-school plumbers and HVAC techs I periodically interact with, but I digress. Thank you Xena for serving our growing community of hard working professionals who also happen to be women. We are often overlooked and underrepresented. Thank you for seeing us - I know I speak for many who shop here when I say: you’ve made us proud and we’ll return the respect. My second set of Xena work boots (gotta have a pair in black too!) are on the way. Do yourself a favor - stop looking, buy these shoes, support women running small businesses.

They are: Comfortable (right out of the box!!), lightweight(!), stylish, fit true to size (hard for me to ever say having a 10.5 with a narrow heel)… and most importantly, protective! The bourbon brown color and leather is beautiful.

I work as a project manager on a construction site at a hospital. These shoes look good, are waterproof for walking through the rain and snow, and are comfortable. I had to size up and get a wide for them to fit correctly and probably should have full sized up as I still have pinky toe pinching. Overall a nice shoe and I’ll likely order the “heels” next.

Great boots! I am normally a 9, and followed the advice to order a half size up, which ended up being too big since I have very narrow feet. Great boots! I’m glad I read the reviews and got a size up. The toe box is a little narrow but they are comfortable and stylish. I can walk around the plant all day and never feel fatigued. I really wanted to love these boots. The Cognac color is beautiful and the sole support is great. Unfortunately, I have two issues with these boots. My first issue, is the steel cap bites into my feet past the toe box. I ordered a wide 7.5 and the fit is roomy, except at the end of the steel cap. The steel cap doesn't hurt as much when I wear thick wool winter socks, but it still bites. My second issue, the zipper tab broke in half when I put them on for the fourth time. I bought these a while back, and didn't actually wear them till recently, since I transitioned into a office position after purchase. I hoped they would be my stylish gardening boots , alas that is not to be. They hurt my feet to much.

Before purchasing I recommend reading the information that Xena provides. It is very helpful to know what to expect when ordering. I ordered a half size up and they fit perfect. They were very tight when I first tried them on, but like the instructions said, and with most work boots, they relaxed after a couple days of wear. I love the Omega boot! This boot matches my normal style outside of work. I love that there is finally a boot that I can wear at work that's dressy and has the safety specs that are required. I will definitely be purchasing again. I need these in all colors! :)

I did end up breaking them in the first three weeks and now I don't notice any issues with my pinky toes. I love love love the look and comfort of these boots. I may try to purchase the same in black with a wide just to see the difference, but their return policy had me feeling comfortable if I did need to return. I've told at least seven women I've seen at work about them and they were excited!

Loving my new boots. Comfy from the get for long days and hard work. The safety stuff was a big selling point but getting lots of compliments on style as well. My only complaint is that they don't breath and the skin of my feet are paying the price. Also, the tip to go 1/2 size up was a solid one! No squished toes.
