I've had these boots for about a week now and I absolutely love them! The boots are comfortable, stylish, and very well made. Best of all - they are not bulky! I work for a manufacturing employer that requires everyone to wear steel toe shoes and I really struggled finding any that I felt comfortable and confident in. Everything I found was bulky, and never looked right with my casual work attire. I am so happy I found this brand and love what they are doing for women in the workforce.

Who knew safety could be so stylish and comfortable. I love these boots! My coworkers have commented on the high quality of my Xenas. Normally I find most leather shoes have some sort of break-in period but not with the Omegas. My favorite feature is the extra padding behind the ankle. I usually wear low socks and this provides a nice cushion so the back of the boot doesn't rub against my bare skin. Because these shoes are so comfortable, I find myself wearing either my Omegas or Gravity on a daily basis whether or not I need safety shoes.

Never seen anything like this in a safety shoe! Love it. I'm an environmental consultant, and can't wait to wear them to my next compliance job. They are nicely made and comfortable, with padding and stretch in the ankle. The fit ran a little large, so I went down a size. Now I wish there were a tiny bit more room in the toe box, but I have bunions and find that to be true of most shoes.

Love these shoes for daily and for workwear! I absolutely adore them! They are extremely comfortable, especially with the cushion at the heel. These would look adorable even with a dress. I remember going into the STEM workforce right out of college and being bummed every time I shopped for work shoes, hoping to find cute shoes eventually. I was continually changing my shoes from office to the plant. Finally finding someone who provides functional and fashionable safety shoes is a game changer for me. Being able to wear them daily regardless of worksite is amazing. Honestly, choosing to invest money in shoes is hard regardless, especially when you need them for work and play so finding one that does both is incredible and love supporting this brand! If you have any doubts, don’t! Try them! Definitely listen to the size guides and if you’re in between size up.

I work for a manufacturing employer that requires steel toe shoes for being on the manufacturing floor. I had purchased and returned 4 different pairs of shoes already because no one had a size 5 in women’s or they didn’t have women sizes in general. I then stumbled upon Xena footwear and for once 1. Found my size and 2. Liked the way the shoe looked. I ordered them and they came within a few days. They were packaged extremely well. I put them on and was surprised at how comfortable they are and they don’t feel much different than other booties which I’m glad because it’ll make me not dread putting them on at work. 10/10 would recommend. I have been looking for a stylish steel toe boot since I entered manufacturing in 2014, and this pair is exactly what I have been wanting for 6 years. It is so lightweight compared to other steel toes, and so comfortable to wear. I walked 7 miles around my plant in these yesterday and my feet did not hurt. These came to Thailand with me and didn't substantially weigh down my bag. I did spray them with a waterproofing spray because we use a lot of water in our process. I also ordered a half size smaller than what I wear in casual boots. My boss has these as well, and she is a fan too. P.S. Thanks for the little safety card because so many people have not believed these are actually safety shoes - they are that nice. Great job Xena!

I go between office meetings and time on the floor constantly throughout the day and have been looking for a stylish steel toe that is as versatile as my job. They are light weight, comfortable, and hazard proof! I ordered a half size smaller than I usually wear and still have room to wear thick socks. I was disappointed when I entered this field because I have so many shoes that no longer get worn and all women's safety toed shoes are usually hot pink.... but these match all of my outfits and look professional. I love my Omegas! I work in manufacturing so we have a lot of safety requirements for our footwear. These boots meet them all and aren't massive or ugly like a lot of the other options. They're easier to take with me when I travel and I can wear them in either the office or out on the plant floor. Xena customer care is also fantastic. I found myself in a weird situation where I was right in between sizes. They helped me facilitate an exchange and gave me some advice on which size to go with.

I love these! I work in production so I'm on my feet walking up and down stairs and on a hard floor for 8 straight hours, i was so sure my feet were going to be screaming by the end of my shift but they are so comfortable I almost forgot I had them on! So not only are they cute but super comfy as well! Everyone kept asking if I was sure they were steel toe (I'm pretty sure my supervisor is going to attempt to write me up for not wearing proper PPE tomorrow 🙄) nobody believes me. They are cute and comfortable enough that I will even wear these outside of work. My only complaint is they didn't come with a card of authentication like others have mentioned but other than that I'm in love! Well worth the investment!

I was also really concerned the first few days that these shoes were going to be too small but after breaking them in they are super comfortable to wear and I actually like wearing them. They aren't too heavy and they're stylish. There hasn't been a whole lot of options for women so I'm happy to finally found some safety toes I like. The reason it's not a perfect 5 was the the packaging and condition they arrived in. When these boots arrived they were in baggies that were a little too small. I was also a little sad that they had some minor scuffs on the toes out of the box. I don't know if it was because the bag was too small and I had to drag it on the toes to get them out or if they were like that before the bags. Otherwise when I need new boots (or maybe want a different color or style) I will definitely come back to this company for the fit and comfort. Doesn't hurt that it's women owned too!

I LOVE MY STEEL TOE OMEGA steel toe boots! They’re true to size. It took a few days to break them in but now they’re like a comfy glove for my foot! The the toe box is slightly tight on my toes however, I have bunions and wide feet that are generally on the swollen side. Considering the sleek, feminine classiness of these shoes, I’m SO happy with the fit! Love love love them!

Wow! Absolutely love these boots :) The fit and feel is amazing, quality unmatched, and style perfect. Normally wear a size 7, ordered a size 7 - they felt a bit snug at first but after the break-in period, they’re perfect! I conditioned them with Apple Brand leather conditioner and treated them with Apple Brand leather Rain and Stain guard and they’ve been put to the test on my (very dirty) job site every day since with no signs of wear.

They are cute and very lightweight, but the padding in toe box for steel/safety toe was minimal. I could feel the edge of the safety toe. The stretch at the top of the boot was nice for free movement of ankle but it also allowed my foot to slide down into the toe box. I walk a lot at work - almost all of my 10,000-12,000 steps are in my work boots. I wore them for a week - my small toes were so uncomfortable in the narrow toe box and I do not have wide feet. I had to go back to my old boots. There is more padding and liner in my old boots after wearing them for 2 years than is in these brand new. I will continue to try them on occasion but I had the worst foot, leg and back pain at the end of one day last week I am afraid to put them back on. I don't think sizing up to get more room in the toe box would help since my foot was sliding in them as it was. I would return them but their service policy doesn't allow for them to be returned after wearing them in an actual work environment. I don't have enough hours in my day to wear them for 3-4 hours at home - and after being in boots for 10-12 hours at work I do not want to put some on and wear them at home. I will switch them with what I have for now and see if the situation improves but I am disappointed after paying nearly $200 for these boots. I wore different types and thicknesses of socks as well to try and make them work, it didn't seem to matter.

I work in a manufacturing environment with very slick floors. I still slip and slide with the shoes out on the company floor. Also, unless I'm wearing a very thick sock, the part of the shoe where the steel toe ends and it is just leather is very uncomfortable; that delineation is very defined when wearing a regular sock and uncomfortable. I cannot return them as I've gotten them dirty out on the shop floor, but I will continue trying them out to see if they get more comfortable and less slick. Thank you.

Quickly became my favorite work shoes! Because they only weigh 1.2 pounds each, I can walk around more and not feel like I'm wearing bricks on my feet--and they don't weigh down my luggage when I travel. My feet are not particularly narrow but wow, I didn't realize how wide my other safety shoes were until I put these on and it fit me "right." I ordered one size up from usual and was glad I did, but know that when you first put them on for break-in, they are a little tight for the first 1-2 hours and then they loosen up and break in great. I'm in human resources, so being able to walk comfortably through the plant/testing areas to connect with employees is very important. I'm walking at work more than ever! Really appreciate the label in the shoe, too. When I visit a site where they've never seen Xena Workwear, it's nice to have proof of ASTM rating right on the shoe. They truly are beautiful shoes, very appropriate for meeting with decision-makers but also practical and functional for the plant floor. Good quality leather and they still have a beautiful, soft matte sheen even after I got them dirty and wiped them down. I can't say enough good things. Thank you for filling an important hole in the market.

The omega safety boot in black is great because I can wear it to work and back without people figuring out it's a work boot. It honestly looks like a regular chelsea boot. I don't give 5 star reviews unless everything is perfect but I will be recommending this boot to colleagues. My pros: - Polishable (needed for security) - Low profile and light weight (it's handling 5+ hrs patrolling well so far) - All the safety goodies (worksafe compliant, steel toe, etc.) My quibbles (but definitely not deal breakers): - This boot doesn't need "breaking in" so much as "warming up". The first hour or so can be quite uncomfortable, especially if you're in a cold area, and the steel cap feels like it's getting ground into the sides and tops of my toes. However, the leather does warm up and then everything becomes 50x more comfortable for the rest of the day once it does. - The pull tab at the back isn't big enough to slip my fingers into, so pulling on this snug boot in the morning can be a bit of a struggle. - I needed to size up. I'm 9.5 and the 10 is what I ordered. Just FYI

Super happy with these boots! They took a few days to wear in - I could feel the seam/front of the toe portion any time my foot bent for probably the first two days. However this problem is completely gone now! They are comfortable, light, quick to slide on and look great! No more awkward bulky boots that look completely out of place with an outfit and feel like concrete blocks on your feet. I have friends who aren't in the manufacturing world who have considered getting them just for their looks.

I ordered these boots hoping for something that looked professional and could survive my work environment. Contrary to the sellers recommendation I took them out of the box and wore them for a 12 hour shift and then again the next day and the next day and every day since. These boots are amazing! They're light enough you don't feel like you're wearing lead weights but noon, they have great arch support. 12 hr days all day, every day with NO arch fatigue or pain. I had no issues with breaking them in. I wore thick socks the first day and whatever I felt like after that. And every woman at work has asked me what they are and if they're comfortable - when I tell them yes AND they have steel toes they have all demanded the ordering information. I highly recommend these boots and will absolutely be buying another pair. Can't say enough good about them. I work with heavy equipment and chemicals and interface with management daily. These boots do it all.

I was a little nervous getting these at first but they are amazing! Comfortable, cute, and pass all the requirements at work. I can easily spend all day in these without sore feet or feeling like I strapped on ankle weights. My left foot is almost 1/2 a size smaller than my right and I went for the larger size and it was the right choice. My left foot isn't swimming and I had no issues with blister, rubbing or soreness even after a 13 hour day on the floor. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a work appropriate option!

I originally bought them because I was tired of wearing my bulky steel toes at work. I wanted a shoe that I could either dress up or down depending on what my workday would entail. These shoes did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a steel toe that looks and feels like a normal ankle boot. One small thing is I do have to wear crew socks instead of my regular ankle socks with these depending on the type of pants I am wearing. They rub at the top where the shoes fits but that happens with almost all my ankle boots.

I was so tired of walking around my job site and tripping because my boots were so much larger than my feet. I've spent 5 years walking around feeling like I had clown shoes on at the bottom of my skinny jeans. Xena boots actually fit and don't make me feel like a kid playing dress up anymore. The more they get worn in, the more I love them. My knees and hips also don't hurt when I get home anymore because the boots aren't excessively heavy.
