These boots much lighter weight than my previous steel toe boots which is awesome. I am hoping that they hold up longer than my old boots too! The only thing that I didn’t love is that I have very high arches and these boots had very little arch support so I had to buy a pair of inserts to wear with them.

I love my Xena boots. I ordered my usual size only in a wide. They were a little snug at first. After 1 week of wear now, they are comfortable. They were never uncomfortable, just snug. They are lightweight. I have been wearing Timberland Pro clogs & just wanted a more stylish look. I love the gray color. I would highly recommend giving Xena a try. My company gives a shoe credit each year and I will definitely be ordering another pair next year.

I love my Xenas! So great to have an stylish, lightweight option for steel toed boots! I had to exchange my initial pair for a different size and had absolutely no issues doing that. There was a break in period for me - after wearing them the first full day my pinkie toes were a little sore. I got worried but they fit great after day two! Unfortunately these did not last me a month before becoming scratched and tearing apart. I work on the production floor and within the first day of wearing them, I put my feet under my desk and when I pulled them out from under, my foot slide up against the frame and my omega boot was scratched up on the leather. From just a tiny rub and they were Already damaged. Then, I was helping load something and the top of my Xena boot scraped up against something and resulted in a huge rip on the leather, all the way to the steel in the toe. It wasn't a big impact, either because I didn't even feel anything yet massive damage occurred. The leather just isn't fit for production work. I touched base with customer support who said there was nothing they could do. These just did not meet up to the price tag or the claim of durability at all. I'm very disappointed.

I work in the IT department, so I'm generally in office, but need to be on the floor. I wanted a cute pair of steels that looked nice with my office wear but (obviously) were steels. I purchased these 7/2021 and they are still in really good shape. I oil them every few months, but there has been some scuffing to the leather (probably my own fault but something to be wary of). They have one cool feature that is the zipper pull will break off separately from the zipper, so when that happens they will just send a replacement pull. I bought these before they made half sizes, so I bought 1 full size up and find they are a bit on the roomy side, but I wear some pretty thick socks that help with that. I am genuinely impressed with the quality and style of these, and I actually just ordered a second style of boots!

I have to give a shout out to this great company. I ended up returning my shoes the first time for a size exchange and the second for a refund. Not the shoes fault. The process of shopping, exchange and return was easy and pleasant. The shoes were beautiful and well made, they just didn’t fit my feet right. I have very high arches and the top of my foot is also arched. This caused the top of the steel toe to press into my foot which would have been painful over time. So disappointed they didn’t work out.

So, mixed feelings. I've worn the shoes for a two now. The good: They are gorgeous. Everyone admired them. To be honest, I could do without a heel but wanted to try the bran and all the shoes here seemed to have one so tried to find the one with the least heel. In the future if the company includes one with less of a heel I'd probably prefer it. I find the shoes comfortable, have almost walked home wearing them because I forget I am wearing steels. I tend to have a small heel, I saw reviews where some people complained about having a small heel and this wasn't the shoe for them, I didn't have an issue with that. That said, the first week I had to keep taking the shoes on and off so I may have preferred a heel not fitting too tightly. The bad. I have included a photo, the orange circle is where the shoe's outer protection has worn off, after 2 weeks, remember. I do know WHAT caused this, my second week was a week of climbing up and down metal scaffolding that are locked in place by a metal clasp that I was use the toes of the boot to push down. You can chock this up to user error, however I don't think I was doing something out of the norm on an industrial job site. Questionable: I just want to bring something up that certain job sites may be sticklers about. I was told during my training days that the CSA approved safety boots need to have the tags visible for supervisors to see. I don't know if this is an actual LAW (ON, Canada). I bring this up because the boot has it labeled on the inside tongue of the boot. It also came with a plastic card with its certifications. If your jobsite wants the tags to be visible from the outside, this boot does not have that. note: for my fellow Scenic, it's latex paint. I haven't tried cleaning it to test the chemical resistance...it does look like its on top of the stain but I haven't had the time to clean it to test the resistance yet. This is not a deal breaker for me.

I like to go for walks on my lunch break and they are very comfortable for a mile plus walk. I also love that they can be sent back for cobbling and repair when that time comes! Plan on purchasing a pair of the tall safety boots asap!

Want to love these, but the toe box narrows too extremely for me. It hits right where a sock seam does, which makes it even tighter. Even with seamfree socks it feels snug, while the heel fits perfect and would be too loose in a wide. Maybe order a size larger to avoid this issue, or look for a model with a wider toe box, as I should’ve done.

I’ve been looking for new black boots for a few years and I finally found them! Truth is I don’t need the safety aspect, but I did want thicker/warmer boots for winter…with some style. I’m so impressed with the quality of the boot, the fit, and also the speed of the order (and all the great/timely email info). As advised, I did go up a half-size and that felt risky but I’m wearing them with thicker wool socks and the fit is perfect. I had no idea this company existed here in the US, and it’s badass indeed! So glad I clicked on that pop-up ad!

They are very comfortable and the cutest steel toes I have found. I ordered a whole size up since I wear insoles for a low arch, and this fit fine. Without the insoles, a half size up would be perfect. The vegan leather seems just as weather resistant as normal leather and looks VERY similar.
