After not even a week the shoes began to look very worn out and scuffed. My position doesn’t require very physical labor just need to wear steel toe shoes and I am very disappointed in the look of the shoes in the short time I have been wearing them. I loved my previous pair and went with a different style this time around.

Great shoes! Extremely stylish and super comfortable after following the advice to wear them in a couple days at home. My work involves multiple environments when I'm doing site inspections and these boots cover all the safety bases. Overall a great shoe that I enjoy wearing in the office, the field and at home!

I’m a restaurant manager and always on my feet. The boots were exactly what I had hoped for. They took about 2 weeks to break in, not 2 days. Everything was fine until the slip resistant sole started to completely come off of the shoe and I couldn’t wear them anymore. I had hoped with paying over $200 for the shoes, they would last longer than 9 months.

I didn't even get to leave the house and these boots got ruined. I was carrying things to the car in the garage and as one often does when their hands are full, I used my foot to prop the car door a little more open so I could lay my things inside. The finish scratched right off the toe. I was devastated they could be ruined that easily. I immediately contacted support and they tried to blame it on "variation in the leather" even though it's very clearly scuffed. They don't offer any kind of touch up products and instead told me I should go try outside products that have no guarantee to color match. They also told me these boots are "light duty only" whatever TF that is supposed to mean. These are steel toed boots. Are we supposed to tip toe around in them on the job site? Walmart shoes hold up better. I thought for $200 they would be of higher quality than this. Or that a company who is so loudly pro women wouldn't be so disappointing with that representation since it clearly can't hold up to its competitors.

The first few days were quite painful on both feet especially my right foot, because the fold in the front was too rigid. So every step hurt. I didn’t want to deal with returning because it was partially reimbursed by my employer. I had to pay back to my company by mailing a check and a bunch of paperwork. A week later, it felt better. I still wear them. I also realized my feet smell very bad after a full day in the boots. Didn’t have this issue with any of my other shoes. I think the compliance of materials and breathing feature should be improved. Considering these issues, the price is really high. Next time I will probably get something with better C/P ratio.

This boot is extremely comfortable and beautiful. I wear them with jeans and long dresses and get lots of compliments. I originally bought them because I had undergone foot surgery and wanted to protect my foot from my large dog, as it has a rigid toe. Now I wear them because I love them. Just bought my 2nd pair. I hope they come out with more models, such as brown suede and high-tops.

★★★☆☆Cute, stylish, but tight in the toe
I love the aesthetic and look of these work boots. They are so much more appealing than the Red Wings and Sketchers I've had in the past. The sleek, narrow toe is much more feminine than the men's work boots that I'm used to buying. But with that, comes a narrow toe box which is too tight on my outside toes. These shoes are comfortable to wear for short stints, maybe walking around a site, and the foot bed is comfortable for longer days, but when I tried to wear them all day walking through a site, up and down hills, across washes, down roads, the rubbing on my toes started to hurt and caused blisters. The shoes are not too small, as I previously ordered a half larger size which was too big. But it's the narrow toe that will prevent me from buying in the future. I'll probably go back to the men's Red Wings or Sketchers.

These boots are amazing!!! As recommended, I did go the half-size up. They fit like a glove right out of the box. After wearing them for 2 weeks at work, I can say this wasn't a purchase, it was an investment. I haven't had a single issue I usually have w/ typical steel toes. I'm usually zooming back and forth from one end of the plant to the other and my footwear puts on miles fast. After a 10-12 hr day, I'm not whining about my feet anymore. The fact that they look great with nearly everything is huge bonus.

I'm happy to update... these things are great. I was nervous spending as much as I did. If it weren't for tax returns, I wouldn't have. I had only paid over $100 for one pair of shoes before in my life, and that was just barely. Does the leather appreciate the occasional acetone dribble? No. Are they still as pretty as they were when they came out of the box? Well, they can use some polish, I'm sure it would fix them right up. The main thing is, I get home and it's not imperative that my boots come off my feet. I don't feel like my feet are going to fall apart anymore. And that? That's enough for me to say my next pair will probably be the same thing.

I absolutely love my Xena boots. I got a size 8 wide and it fits really well. There was a very short breaking in period. It's a beautiful and stylish looking boot. Definitely would recommend wearing thicker socks or you will feel the steel toe edge. Will definitely buy from here again.

Sleek and stylish design, very aesthetically pleasing. However, a craftsmanship issue knocked off one star. As shown, there was a flap inside the side zipper that had been stitched improperly, and prevented the unzipping of the boot. Did not have the time to exchange the shoes, so had to carefully cut the flap with scissors to make it work—which was frustrating. This kind of defect should have been caught during quality control before the shoes were shipped out. While happy with them so far, I’m concerned about long-term durability due to this flaw.

Was looking for steel toes for when I visit Army Corp Dams or do site maintenance. It was hard to find women's shoes so have been using men's work boots because I can try them on. Xena has great customer service and was very helpful with filling out 889 forms and applying the tax exemption! Originally ordered a size 9 but they seem to run a little small. Exchanged for a half size up and the replacements were sent the same day! The leather is really nice, and the foot pad is soft, but the toe box is a little small in width and the heel rubs going up hills so they are definitely a shoe you will want to break in. Would rate 5 stars for customer service and turnaround time and 3 stars for comfort. Order a half to full size up depending on how thick you like your socks.

Very happy with the look and fit of the boots! I normally wear the Omega Safety Boot, but I needed a taller option for asphalt safety and was so happy this was tall enough! My only issue I've ever had with the Omega boots is that the zipper tab breaks off the zipper after about a year of wear. It sucks, because the rest of the boot is usually in good condition, even with wearing them every day for a year. Hopefully it's not a problem with this design!

I was very excited about trying these boots. I love the aesthetic. They look great in person. When I put them on, they felt too big and the arch support was too high for me. I took out the arch support (to try them on to see if I’d like the boots without the arch support), and I noticed “8” on the arch support. I looked at the footbed (? Idk if it’s actually called that, but the part you can see that arch support rests upon) and it clearly says “7 1/2” for both of the shoes. The tongue of the shoe says “7” like I ordered, but since they are huge on me and the sizing within the shoe says 7.5, I figure they were mislabeled as “7”..? I want to try again and exchange them for a different pair, but I have no idea what size to order. :(

I love the look and features of these boots. They are a good combination of durable and stylish. Unfortunately, they last about as long as other boots I've tried: one year. I ride a motorcycle several times a week and I work in a high volume bar. These are also my everyday shoes. What wears them out the most it seems is the water. I'm often walking through puddles and having water consistently dripping onto my boots from the wells. The sides of the boot, by the toe, bust open and my boots start taking on water, and the soles underneath start separating. I have bought several pairs. I'll be looking for something I don't have to replace so often, or something so cheap it doesn't matter to replace it consistently.

These have been a game changer for me. I am frequently back and forth between the office and our fabrication shop and these are perfect for both. I love that they aren’t as heavy as traditional steel toes because I have had knee surgery and it always seems to get irritated when I’m wearing big, bulky boots. I’m able to wear these all day with no issues. Also- the zipper is my favorite part. I hate lacing boots up every time I put them on. I love being able to get these on and off quickly!
