After wearing the same safety boots for the past 10 years I finally decided to upgrade. No regrets here. Super high quality and true to size. These boots are so nice I wear them out to dinner!

I love these Xena boots! It has been impossible to find cute, lightweight, slim steel toe boots. Xena has what I needed!

I love these. I did have to go up half size from my Desert Sand ones, but they are just as comfortable.

I love my Xena's, I've been wearing these boots for five years now. The one downside is I can't get a year's worth of wear out of them because the sole on the bottom of the boot begins to peel off. My boots get a lot of wear and tear but I would hope to be able to get a year out of them before needing to order a new pair.

Theatrical Stagehand

I really wanted to like these and they looked great! My job requires be to be on my feet all day and I couldn't last with out adding additional insoles to the boots. 5 months into wearing them for work the inner heals fell apart, the inside soles had chunks missing and they were wearing through my socks. You could claim it was the additional insoles, but I have the same ones in multiple other pairs of shoes that I own. Disappointed, as my last two pairs of steel toes lasted me 3 years each. Replaced these after 6 months.

Xena Workwear

Alex, Thank you so much for taking time to provide us with valuable feedback regarding your Xena experience. We are so sorry to hear you encountered some issues. That kind of degradation of the inner lining/heel cup is typically due to the shoe not being a correct fit from the jump, as that kind of friction can break down those areas. If you did not order a half-size larger as we suggest doing on our website, this could be the issue (and is likely not the additional insoles.) Also, we recently updated our insoles to be more arch supportive so you may have received our old model which might explain the comfort issue. Our safety shoes, depending on one's industry, can last up to two years with proper care so this is something we would be happy to look at and investigate as a defect (that is if the sizing was not the issue.) If you are able to photograph the areas that have broken down, we would be happy to see what our warranty options are. Email is best (support@xenaworkwear.com). In the meantime, we want to thank you for supporting our small, woman-owned business!

Comfortable but

I was able to put these shoes on straight out of the box and wear them for a whole 10 hour shift. Most new shoes I have wear half a day and change out because my feet hurt so bad. They definitely work for anti fatigue as well. The only problem I have is the back of the shoe rubs the back of my foot when I walk. I will need to put some extra padding for the back of my foot or else it may rub it raw.

Very comfortable boots and easy to clean

These boots fit very well right out of the box. I have narrower feet and it has been hard to find good safety booths that weren't super heavy and clunky - XENA has been the first pair of boots that have been comfortable and light enough to not tire my feet out all day. I don't work everyday in a manufacturing site and mostly go to mills for trials and visits and these boots have been good for a full 9-10 hour day on my feet! Great product and I highly recommend for all women with smaller/narrower feet.

Amazing boots

These boots are wonderful--I work at a manufacturing plant and for the one month I've had them, they seem to have amazing quality. My only qualm is, having just left wearing combat boots for nearly a decade with the Army, they aren't the most well-fitted boot (in comparison to combat boots, I wouldn't want to walk for miles and miles in these). That being said, I think these are definitely the best steel-toed women's boots I've found on the market, and will probably be getting them again in a few years down the line.
