This was my first time placing an order with Xena. I was so excited to receive my order, but upon arrival I realized that one of my boots had damages. I’m definitely not too happy that I have to return and place another order and wait another 7 days and hope that they don’t send me another damage pair. This company should inspect their items before sending them out to avoid situations like this.

I am very happy with my purchase of Xena Nova EH Safety Riding Boots! I normally am a size 5.5 regular with slim calves. I purchased the size 6.0 with slim calf boot and am very surprised at how well they fit! The packaging was very impressive. I love how the boots are sent in individual dust covers; I appreciate the care. When I first put them on, the heel support was rubbing against my ankle bone (slight discomfort). Within three hours, the boot settled in and are very comfortable. I work in a full production manufacturing plant, and the ladies here were all with complements and wanting the contact information to check out the Xena site. I will defiantly be purchasing other pairs in the coming months! Lastly, I want to give kudos to the Customer Service Department, very helpful and courteous!

I’ve now purchased three pairs of Xena boots since joining a construction management team building a large downtown project. My boots are entirely safe walking the busy job site as well as professional and appropriate attending meetings in our main office. I’ve got the short ones in both brown and black, and just splurged on the knee high ones. I’m also delighted they come in size 5 - so many steel toed boots start at size 6 elsewhere.

Bought these to wear at the horse farm I volunteer at. They have been perfect!! I worry less about my toes being bruised or broken if a horse steps on them (because it will inevitably happen). They are comfortable throughout the entire 12+ hour day with minimal soreness/blistering which I assume will subside as they break in more. Love these and will be ordering more styles from Xena in the future :)

I love these boots. Such soft leather. Zero blisters (which I have never had happen). I have to wear steel toes 24-7 at work and being a senior leader that use to limit my style abilities at work. Most steel toe are boxy and look super bulky. The toe caps would hurt my toes and the backs would chew up my heels. I am a size 8 and ordered the 8.5” from Xena in both pairs I ordered and I am in love. Now all the ladies at work are buying from Xena as well. I love this company, the shoes and the fact that giving us the ability to branch out and further our style choices at while at work is amazing. Thank you! You have a lifetime customer!

I love these boots, I work outside in Louisiana 10 hours a day on my feet. I walk and stand for the duration of the day. The boots are by far my most comfortable and very feminine without being prissy. They clean up beautifully after a muddy day. #minkoil I did change the insole.

Please keep making these boots Xena!!! This is my third Xena boot purchase, and my favorite. These boots are impressive in every way; attractive, comfortable, stylish, functional. Finally I learned NOT to size up from my regular boot size, and the fit was perfect. The quality is outstanding. I proudly wear these both at work and on the street. The only real “problem” is they look so awesome people think you aren’t wearing safety shoes when you should be!

Rough warehouse dealing with recycled plastic. Out warehouse has no heat/ac and these boots are amazing! I got them for winter but I will absolutely be wearing them year round! I got some leather conditioner/protectant for them as well and love them! Once I got them broke in after just a few days they are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. I've had women's Caterpillar, Justin, Ariat and so many other generic boots and I'll never go back! I got knee high and by the measurements guide they fit perfectly!

I will say I love the boot but highly upset that they can't keep stock of them. I purchased a week ago and need to exchange. I gambled on a smaller size for wider calf. If it doesn't work, will have to get a refund and settle for my tie on boots and find a way to taylor them for zipper. 😪😪😭

I cannot express how much I love these boots, it took 20 years of looking and I finally found exactly what I was looking for. Customer for life. The range in sizes especially smaller sizes is something I thought I would never find. I had to actually return my first pair as they were too small, something I have never experienced before. The exchange process was incredibly easy. I finally found a shoe I can wear that is work appropriate, but also I didn’t shock myself or anyone else while wearing them . These have been a go to almost every day since purchasing and I am heartbroken my size in the other color was already sold out or I would have purchased the second pair when exchanging the first pair. Please bring these back and add other colors!!

The quality of these boots is fantastic, I want to preface with that. I get nothing but complements when I wear them, they are beautiful and sturdy. My complaint is there is some sort of hard ankle piece that sits under my left ankle, and irritates the tendon there where it’s painful to walk for WEEKS after removing the boot. I’ve tried laying socks, I asked my husband if we could rip it out and he doesn’t think so, I don’t think any amount of breaking them in will wear down the u-shaped support on the exterior of the boot. And because it’s so incredibly painful, I can’t wear them long enough to possibly soften it up or it affects my lifestyle for too long out of fear I will permanently harm my ankle. I really wanted these boots to work out. And I’ve had some bad break in experiences, but I can’t get around this one sadly.
