I wore my new Xena Riding boots (wide) with a real steel toe for their first time maiden voyage on 5/25/21 with (LOH) Ladies of Harley for a Dinner Ride! I drive a 2017 RoadGlide Special. The boots are phenomenal they are much lighter in weight than my other 16 inch Engineer Boots with steel toes. They were men’s boots that weigh about 3 pounds per boot, that I wore Riding/ Driving motorcycles for about 25 years. These boots are so comfortable. Our dinner ride was about 3.5 hours round trip. My feet felt like they were riding a sunshine breeze! This are hands down the best and most comfortable boots l have ever own. I also wore them to our chapter meeting at Wild Prairie Harley Davidson in Minneapolis, MN. I received many compliments on them and they asked were I got them so I told them I bought them online from Xena. Please send me some business cards. Lets get the word out to all Women so they know they can wear your product to work, dinner or casual! These boots are a God send and I love them! Peace, Love, and Blessings

Honestly has to be one of the best pair of boots I have ever purchased! The quality is there! They are beautifully made and designed with a female in mind, which is the best part! I still have some breaking in to do but all in all they feel really comfortable. Has a female rider it's always hard to find something that is safe but stylish as well. The Nove EH happens to be both!. I do with there was ankle protection but I know they aren't made for motorcycles (hopefully soon, fingers crossed) Thank you Xena Team and designers on creating a beautiful product♡

I’m a size 5, they recommend going a half size up. They don’t carry 5 1/2. Size 5 was a little to tight. I exchanged them for a 6 and they were to big. Wish they carried 5 1/2. They would have been perfect. I gifted my boots to someone else. They just didn’t work for me based on the sizing issue, there lack of.

I actually bought these for regular everyday wear (not for work purposes), as I was looking for the perfect riding-style boot because, well, I just like the style. Up until Xena, I had been disappointed with all of the big brand offerings and was looking for a sleek, comfortable riding-style boot that had excellent traction and durability because I live in a harsh climate. It also needed to be an everyday boot, good for all kinds of situations. Luckily, a Google search (luckily) pulled up Xena Workwear. Well, it checked all the boxes and the boots look epic as well! I'm 5'4 and the boots don't dig in or hurt like most, and the quality and traction = great. It is definitely the sort of quality you would find at Nordstrom, and in my opinion, even better in terms of quality than the selection Nordstrom currently offers. Happy to have finally found a brand that has the right approach to boots in terms of style, practicality, and function. Also shout-out to Hayley in customer support who is amazing.

Ordered the wrong size. Easy and fast return. I ordered the taller knee high boots. They are not waterproof but I treated them and so far feet are dry. Boots last an average of 4 months at my job so a further review will be needed but if they at least last that long I’d be grateful.

I’d love my boots. I was looking for something that was a little bit more fashionable than your typical steel toed. I’m a vendor and I work for Rainbow greenhouses in a Home Depot store. I spend a lot of time out in the rain in the winter. I live of Vancouver Island in Canada and our winters are very wet. The boots are an absolutely wonderful fit. I do recommend you take your measurements. All of your measurements including your calf. My boots fit like a glove. In fact I even wear them when I go out just to shop. They are not heavy. They look really good with a sweater dress and leggings or jeans or even a rain suit. It’s nice to be able to have something fashionable in a working industry that actually functions like a steel toe but feels like nice soft leather boots. Keep up the excellent work. Incredible boots that are worth every penny. I've been wearing knee high steel toes to work for the last few years and no other brand compares. Better yet? I reside in Waukesha county so I consider my purchase to be supporting a local business. They have everything - from toe protection to electrical. These boots are seriously up to safety standards while simultaneously being comfortable and gorgeous. I've waited several weeks to review these boots because I wanted to break them in before giving proper feedback. I work in a wood shop; These bad boys have taken a beating and they stand the test. I'm a petite woman so I ordered Narrow foot and Narrow calf - the calf is comfortably roomy but I'd recommend wide foot. That being said, my fit is nice! I'm really diggin' the badass vibe from the Xena brand in general.

I got the wide calf boots in size 10 1/2. Some of the most comfortable boots I've ever had -- even on day one. The 1/2 size up recommendation fit perfectly too. Material is very nice and took well to Mink oil. These have become an every day sort of footwear since they pair nicely with every outfit from dresses to overalls. I'll likely not take these to rougher job sites with stray pieces of metal or walking through a lot of gravel though. I already have one scuff towards the toe on one boot and want to keep them a little nicer for when I have business casual to semi-formal work occasions.

I purchased the Nova safety riding boot for my new job at North Coast where steel boots are required for the warehouse and customer manufacturing line sites. I originally had concerns about these boots because the leather was stiff around the ankle, causing me pain and blisters the first week. I was able to use steam heat to soften the leather and stretch the ankle a few nights in a row to get them to the point where they are more comfortable now. I’ve been teased a bit by my team for choosing riding boots when they all wear some version of construction worksite boot lower to the ankle, but this boot is the stylish and safe version that works for me. I’m happy with it now, it’s conforming to my foot slowly and keeping me protected on the job. Thanks team Xena.

The first pair I bought were very large on the calf - probably due to needing sz 11. If you have normal sz calfs get the narrow fit. The narrow fit is very tight, but it's less of a problem than the normal fit with a large shoe sz. Overall these are very cute and fit ok. I've worn much better fitting boots, but hopefully the kinks will get worked out over time.

Took me three times to get the right fit but it was worth it. First one I ordered was a wide 8 and wide calf way too big. I'm a size 7, 7.5 depending on the style. So the 2nd pair I ordered was a 7.5 I listen to some of the other reviews and recommendations to go up a half size. The calf fit perfectly but being in Michigan with our cold weather and having to wear thicker socks that half side made it small and being steel toe it pinched my toes. 3rd time was a charm for sure. I ordered a 8 regular and it was perfect I absolutely love it!! Got so many compliments from coworkers. I got to say that the returned process was a pain at first try due to the fact that they had shipped it UPS and you have to returned it via USPS. But that's all on me for not paying attention. But after realizing that the returned was super easy and super quick. I would definitely recommend family, friends and coworkers to ordered from this company. Very please customer

It’s difficult to find a good fit in these boots, but Xena is really great at crediting the poor fitting ones back right away and shipping the new sz out. I finally got a full sz larger than I normally wear but had to down sz the shaft to narrow. The fit still isn’t what it should be for a $260 pair of boots but I’m trying to make it work and they do look really great!
