Only complaint is they are a little wide, The foot fits comfortably but on the ankle they are still loose after I've pulled the laces completely close together which looks a little silly but they are a little heavy so if I don't have them pulled together it rubs on my heel. I am not sure where my first review of these boots is, or if I ever even published it. Either way, my opinion has changed since writing it. These are my favorite boots. I bought them October 2021, and initially I was not fond of them. They were not easy to break in, as the back around the heel was stiff, but not meant to be "support" so it was like breaking in a new pair of vans. I was a huge fan of the zipups before, but now those hurt my toes. I need waterproof because I'm around... water, and oil/slip resistant because my job is dealing with the waste that comes off boats, mainly oil after an oil change. Once I got used to tying shoes again, and broke in the back, I have put miles on these babies; plus they're cute and comfortable enough I wear them as actual boots out and about sometimes! The downside is, I kneel a lot and the fabric on the toes scratched and created a hole after about 7 months of having them? The bottoms of the shoes have run down a lot as well, but I've had them now 15 months so can I really complain too much? My old company would pay for boots every 18 months, so I wish they lasted a little longer, but overall, I get it. The biggest suggestion I can make is to reinforce the toe cover please!! if you're kneeling a lot, they will get beat up. Since I work safety and I'm definitely everyone's favorite on site (lol), I tell my guys that the hole at the toe is from kicking others in the [butt] too much, and to do what I say or watch out! See photos for 15 months of wear and tear, but also around 2021 Christmas (with my mama <3) when I wore them to a concert (honestly a steel toe at a concert was a great choice).

I am so glad I purchased these boots. They fit nicely, and had no break-in time. I walked 17,000 steps one day in the first week I had them and no blisters at all. I did upgrade to a different insole because I do walk quite a bit in mine. Quality and design are 10/10. Functional and professional. Everything a woman in STEM would need.

I love this boot so far. It looks stylish and is comfortable and not taking much to break it in. I usually wear 8 1/2. I bought a nine fits perfectly, I might put in some cushion insoles. The first pair I received have been damaged during shipping. The return process was easy and I had replacement boots in about two weeks. And I bought the green blazer. I haven’t had a chance to wear it out and I really like it and it fits nicely.

Pros: definitely waterproof, steel toes protect my feet, and they’re stylish. Cons: they’re so uncomfortable. The ball of my foot is always sore after standing in there’s for an hour or more. Like I have to sit down on the job site because it’s that painful.

It took me a couple of times to figure out my size, usually I wear a 6.5 and had to size down to a 6, but the return process was super easy and quick so it worked out well. I love wearing these around and it’s great to know I can wear them into the field if I need to. My big compliant is that I have to be careful what socks I wear, otherwise I get hot spots/blisters on my toes where the steel cap starts.

Had these boots for about a year now, I don't use them everyday but are necessary for job sites. They are good boots but do have some weird quirks about them which sucks since it's so hard to find a normal looking pair of women's steel toed boots. The first thing I noticed was that the back part of the boot has a large curve for the "heel" this curve makes the leather fold in weird ways, this is actually quite annoying and makes the boot fit oddly around the ankle. Next was the problem with the top lace holes which began slowly ripping a few months in. The boots also seem a bit big around the foot, I have the laces tightened just about as far as they can go with plenty of extra space causing my foot to move around despite ordering the recommended size. And finally the leather around the loop used to pull the boot on has ripped exposing the underlying foam on both boots.

I usually wear a size 7 and ordered a half size up based on the recommendation. The 7.5 fit me perfectly! The boot doesn't really have any cushioning inside so I added an insole that covers the ball of my foot to the heel to make them a little more comfortable. My toes don't squish in the toe box at all, and they're pretty easy to slip on and off even without a zipper. The material around the ankle is a little loose but I don't mind because I prefer a little more flexibility there, and I'm able to tuck my pants in pretty easy. I work in an area that can get rain very suddenly and randomly, so when I received the shoe I had to test out the waterproofing. I put the shoe under some running water, and all the water just beads right off. I haven't run into any issues yet! Love them! I might recommend ordering a full size up if you want to add a beefier insole to make them more comfortable, that way your toes keep from getting too squished.

Finally a comfortable and stylish shoe for women! I have the Desert Sand color and the waterproof quality works perfectly. I have walked through pools of water and the shoes are not stained, nor do they feel soaked. I wish I got my size and didn't go half a size up as is recommended in the comments section, but I've accustomed. My only recommendation is that you wear long socks in the beginning to break them in, otherwise your heel will blister. Definitely a worthy purchase.

No one ever thinks they're steel toed. No real break-in period, and only minimal issues getting used to the steel caps. The leather on one of my shoes has worn off on the toe, but thats after nine months having to do a lot of floor work.
