I *love* my second pair of Xenas! They are every bit as stylish as similar non-safety “combat” style boots that I have purchased, and the leather is much higher quality that I have every purchased, AND they are more comfortable. I am still on the fence about sizing up, will know more when I order my next pair and stick with my regular boot size.

The boots fit great! I’m glad I went with the advice to size up 1/2 size. I’ve been wearing them every day at work since I received them in the mail and have been loving how they feel. I’ve also gotten a lot of compliments on them and people asking about where I got my boots. They all say they are much more fashionable than the giant work boots that everyone else wears. I also love that this is a woman owned brand and that you send your boots back for repair. I love supporting these kinds of businesses so thank you for everything you do to support us and the planet. :)

I got these boots because I needed waterproof safety shoes that were also stylish. I like these boots a lot, but they are not as structured as pictured. They are very slouchy and don't keep their form when I wear them. They balloon out on the sides and I have to tighten them quite a bit just to keep them a little firm on my feet. Overtightening can't be good for the metal-less eyelets; It's also not a super cute way to wear them in my opinion. I feel like I'm going to tear the eyelets when I tighten them. I do wish the eyelets had little metal inserts! I'm also not feeling the ankle support that was advertised because of the slouchy nature. But, they are cute, protective, and waterproof. I would buy from Xena again (if they get more styles that are waterproof!), although perhaps not this style.

Second purchase, and after they updated their sizing, these fit much better than my other pair. I think these are super cute, they have held up really well so far (I weatherproofed mine), and they're really comfy and supportive. Now that I see their style Spice is out, I would probably pick that over these. I don't work in a position where I NEED lace up only, so the moto zip would be more convenient for me.

Very sturdy and comfortable! I bought these for an archaeological excavation and was doing heavy yard work to break them in. They hold up great to shoving metal posts into the ground! The ankles are comfortable too. I didn't size up at all, and they fit perfectly. :)

I bought the 8.5 wide (I'm a size 8) so that my pinky toes wouldn't get squished and hopefully help with my leg and back pain. I realize that there is a break in period, but my toes are so squished from how pointed the toes are, and going up size bigger wouldn't help because the my feet would slip and slide inside the boot. Also there is no support in the ankles, it's just flimsy material. I was so excited for these boots, but I was met with disappointment. When it comes to safety/work shoes, safety and comfort should come first before style.

Customer service is great. Got my replacement pair quickly after UPS lost my package. I put 4 stars because my boots don’t fit very well. I sized up as said but I think I didn’t need to size up and should have just gotten my size but in a wide. The boot fits baggy on my feet and the steel toe part rubs my pinky toe. Sadly I know I can’t return them since I’ve worn them. I thought they were a good size at first but it’s been a few days of wear and the bagginess and steel toe has been bothering me.

This is my 2nd pair of Xenas, so that must say alot. I wanted something alitle different style and lighter for summer. I love the Tan color and actually love the suede. I miss the zippers (Im lazy) and my only issue is I wish the insoles were a padded better I had to add cushion but overall so happy with these boots.

I absolutely love my new steel toes! They aren't too restrictive around my ankles and the material is really nice. At first I sized up because of the recommendation, but ended up going with my normal size because my feet are normally narrow. So I recommend if your feet are skinnier than average to go with your normal size. If average or wider, then size up!

There’s No cushion to support the bottom of your feet. So I think you guys thought about everything except the comfort of the bottom of the boot. 😩

I ordered the Inertia EH Safety Boot in a full size bigger then I usually am and wide set just to be safe. I really feel like I threw $200 in the trash because I've worn stiletto's more comfortable then these shoes. The metal part of the shoe went way too far up the foot and caused bad blistering the one and only day I wore them. They were too painful to wear for more then a day and this was beyond "breaking them in". I have photos of the giant blisters if anyone would like to see them but I figure its pretty gross to just post that. I returned them with a letter in the package explaining the situation and requesting they contact me with return options when they received my returned package with all my contact information. I don't even know if they read my letter cause I never heard from them, and never got a cent back or a replacement. First and my last experience with this brand, which is sad because there is a large lack of options for work shoes for women. If you're looking for a comfortable and affordable work shoe I'd suggested looking somewhere else. ORDER #28789

Since I have narrow feet I didn’t want to size up too much, which was the right call. The length is good, wish the laces allowed me to get a little snugger through the ankle area. Great material. Super cute, recommend to all my friends.

I’m a size 6 originally in anything I wear on my feet. But with seeing it’s “recommended” size up note, I thought okay get the size 6.5 would be okay. Definitely didn’t need to do that. The fitting was huge and loose. So I exchanged for a size 6. The exchange was really quick. I would have to say the only down fall of this shoe was the discomfort while breaking them in. Took me about a week but they’re finally broken into. I love my boots and I get compliments on them. They don’t feel heavy at all. They‘re really comfortable on my feet and I wear them for more than 9 hours a day. Sometimes I forget I even have steel toes on.

I have the Gravity and Omega EH boots and I think the Inertia is the most comfortable work boot out of the 3 of them. The material is very soft and was easy to break into. I also love the matte black shade. The foot guard does push down on my pinky toes a little bit, but if I wear really thick socks then it's not a problem. I do wish that this came in a vegan option, but nonetheless I'm very happy with my purchase!

I wanted sooooooo badly for these to work but sadly they just didn’t. I have very picky feet, so I am hard to please. The toe cap didn’t cover enough area and rubbed my toes, even in the wide. There’s a lot of material to these as well, I had a very difficult time tightening these comfortably without having material folding and bubbling. I’m going to give the Omega a try instead, hoping the fit me better! I love what this company is doing and want to support, but unfortunately the Intertia was a loss for me.

I love these boots. The pros: the laces allow to significantly impact the width of the shoe so they’ll fit anyone’s feet and provide good ankle support. They don’t allow rocks to get into the shoes either. They’ve very cute! The steel toe is as protective as described. They’re easy to clean. The cons: the bottoms and soles are very thin and not as supportive as I would like. I replaced the soles almost immediately. The fabric on the tip of one of the shoes started to peel a little in the first week which is fine because it’s on the steel anyway but the fabric is definitely thin. The lack of half sizes mean the shoe is the tiniest bit big. Overall, would recommend for most sites although certainly on rougher terrain you might want something slightly more protective. It was such a relief to find shoes that fit women’s feet though!
