The shoe repair process was amazing and extremely simple. Just box up the shoes with repair material and attach prepaid postage. Then a few days later your shoes are returned looking good as new! New soles but already broken in shoes!

Recently I purchased a pair of the Gravity boots. Not long after purchasing, my rambunctious chewaholic pup decided to make this nearly new pair of shoes into a chew toy! I immediately contacted Xena's amazing customer service in the hopes they could do something. After contacting the Cobbler they had a potential solution. The cobbler was able to sand and smooth the heels of the shoes and then painted them! Talk about a one of a kind pair of shoes! I was really impressed with the solution and attention from customer service. I've bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company and will definitely purchase more. Thanks to the Xena team for saving my work shoes!

I'm on my second pair of Xena boots. I'm really satisfied with my boots. They are Comfortable, stylish and I have no worries about the safety of my feet. I was excited about getting my first pair of boots revived. I sent them in for shoe service, to me they came back just as I sent them. I contacted customer service and they assured me that service was done on my boots. I won't use this service again.

Broke the zipper on my Omegas a while back and I was just dealing with it for a while until I got my new Omegas in (and a little broken in so I didn't **** my feet) before I sent in my OG Omegas and now the zipper is perfect and they got a little bit of love from the cobbler so they're back in commission with no more paperclip finessing!

I loved my boots when I got them a year ago but the shoe care service wasn’t too great. My zipper had been broken prior to sending the boots and when I got them back, the zipper fell right off again. The leather hadn’t been patched on the steel toe and the back seams on the left boot weren’t fixed. Great offer for a quick superficial fix but not great for reviving boots.

TLDR: AMAZING service. Easy to do. I had my gravity booties for a while (about 1.5 years). Recently i snagged something and the back tore. Although it was still usable, I wore these to business meetings and trips so I did not want it exposed. Prior to orderng this shoe care service, I had asked the Xena team if this was repairable per this shoe-care. They said yes and had provided warning that the cobler prioritizes functionality over aesthetics (which makes sense). However, although I can notice up close the stitching, you dont really notice it otherwise. I would highly recommend the service.
