Xena Workwear is Certified as a Women's Business Enterprise by WBENC

Women Owned Company

We are committed to empowering women to step into any role with confidence and are proud to be officially certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

"Everything we do at Xena Workwear is geared toward helping women in STEM, the Trades, and the entrepreneurial world. The WBENC certification acknowledges our achievement in the start-up space where women founders get less than 3% of VC funding. WBENC connects us to a network of women-owned businesses and allows us to pursue new opportunities through Corporate Supplier Diversity Programs." –Ana Kraft

The WBENC standard of certification implemented by the Women's Business Development Center is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by women. By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations can demonstrate their commitment to fostering cultural diversity.

Want to help the women in your company get access to our better fitting workwear? You can, by connecting us with your employer via our corporate partnership page to help bring Xenas to the workplace!
