Simple Steps

  1. Purchase our shoe-care service
  2. We'll email you 2 prepaid shipping labels within 24-hours
  3. Print both the Outgoing and the Return shipping labels
  4. Package your shoes along with the Return label inside a box
  5. Attach the Outgoing label to the box and ship the package
  6. Your shiny Xenas will return to you in 6-10 business days
