Shipping

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders inside the 48 contiguous states! Priority, Express, and Next Day shipping options are also available for an additional cost

  • If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us directly and we will help to arrange your shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you absolutely love your Xena purchase, but in the off-chance that it isn’t quite right, we’ll take care of you:

  • Shipping on your first Exchange and on Returns is FREE (inside the 48 contiguous states)

  • We will replace any items that are of incorrect size, defective, or damaged upon delivery

  • To qualify for a Return or Exchange, the item must not be worn or damaged — returned footwear must have unworn soles

  • Return requests must be made within 30-days from the date of purchase

  • Any Returns or Exchanges must be in their original packaging and shipped back in a suitable shipping box - please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box

  • Customers located outside the 48 contiguous states will need to cover all shipping costs to get an Exchange or a Return

How it Works

To initiate a Return or Exchange, please send us an email to info@xenaworkwear.com

  • Be sure to include your Order Number in the Email

  • We will promptly email you a Return Label

  • Once your Return / Exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email indicating whether it was accepted

  • After your Return is accepted, a refund will be issued within 48-hours

  • After your Exchange is accepted, your new pair of shoes will be shipped within 48-hours
