Shipping

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders inside the 48 contiguous states! Priority, Express, and Next Day shipping options are also available for an additional cost
  • If you are located outside of the United States, YES, we do offer international shipping but if you have any questions please contact us directly :)
  • For International shipments: the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Xena Workwear to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Xena Workwear may delegate the obligation to import the goods on her behalf to a subcontractor. The shipper/merchant will pay the taxes & duties


    Exchanges & Returns

    • Please make sure that your Xenas have not been used and don't wear them outside if the initial fit doesn't feel quite right. We recommend to wear them inside the house until the leather breaks-in and molds to your foot (3-5 days)
    • Unfortunately, we cannot salvage used booties. If you send us Xenas that have been heavily used then we will assess their condition and can apply a restocking-fee to your order prior to sending an exchange or a refund
    • Shipping is FREE for all Exchanges and Returns inside the 48 contiguous states. Customers located outside the 48 contiguous states will need to cover the shipping costs
    • We will always replace any items that are of incorrect size, defective, or damaged upon delivery
    • Returns and Exchanges must be in their original packaging and shipped back in a suitable shipping box - please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box
    • All Gift Card purchases are final and non-returnable


      How it Works

      • To initiate a Return or Exchange, please email us the request to info@xenaworkwear.com (we usually respond same day)
      • Be sure to include your Order Number in your email request
      • We will promptly email you a Return Label
      • Once we receive and inspect your Return or Exchange, we will send you an email confirming if the shoes are accepted or if they are extensively damaged
      • After your Exchange is accepted, your new pair of shoes will be shipped within 48-hours
      • After your Return is accepted, we will issue a refund and send you a conformation email (sometimes it takes about a week for the refund to appear in your credit card account)
      • If your inspected shoes are damaged then we may assess a restocking-fee that will need to be processed before the Exchange is finalized or will be subtracted from your refund
