Shipping


  • Shipping is FREE on all orders inside the 48 contiguous states! Priority, Express, and Next Day shipping options are also available for an additional cost

  • If you are located outside of the United States, YES, we do offer international shipping but if you have any questions please contact us directly :)


Returns & Exchanges


We hope you absolutely LOVE your Xena purchase, but in the off-chance that it isn’t quite right, we fundamentally believe in worry-free exchanges and returns:


  • Shipping is FREE for all Exchanges and Returns inside the 48 contiguous states. Customers located outside the 48 contiguous states will need to cover the shipping costs

  • We will replace any items that are of incorrect size, defective, or damaged upon delivery

  • To qualify for a Return or Exchange, the item must not be worn or damaged — returned footwear must have unworn soles

  • Return requests must be made within 30-days from the date of purchase

  • Any Returns or Exchanges must be in their original packaging and shipped back in a suitable shipping box - please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box


How it Works

To initiate a Return or Exchange, please send us an email (info@xenaworkwear.com) and we will respond same day, usually. Please keep these in mind for a Return:


  • Be sure to include your Order Number in the Email

  • We will promptly email you a Return Label

  • Once your Return / Exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email indicating whether it was accepted

  • After your Exchange is accepted, your new pair of shoes will be shipped within 48-hours

  • After your Return is accepted,  we will issue a refund and send you a conformation email (sometimes it takes about a week for the refund to appear in your credit card account)
